Today we bottled our Soracuna 2023. Soracuna is our everyday wine that comes from a vineyard of 40 years old, located just above the town of Bardolino. These pergola Veronese-trained vines are situated at approximately 160 meters above sea level and less than a kilometer from the lake. Here we harvest in mid-September and the wine ferments and then ages for about ten months in concrete vats.
